Five9, a leader in cloud contact center software, seeks a Senior Information Security Engineer to join our Security Risk Management team. You will lead risk identification, assessment, and remediation across production, cloud, and acquired platforms, partnering with engineering and operations to improve risk posture.

You will maintain the Security Risk Register in Jira, drive risk treatment decisions, and create dashboards for executives.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in information security with a focus on risk management or GRC.
• Experience maintaining a security risk register and driving remediation with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies (qualitative & quantitative).

Responsabilidades

• Identify, document, and assess security risks across Five9's environment, including production infrastructure, cloud services, corporate systems, and acquired platforms
• Maintain the Security Risk Register in Jira, ensuring risks are accurately categorized, assigned to owners, and tracked through lifecycle
• Engage with service owners, engineering leads, and operations teams to establish risk ownership and drive remediation or mitigation plans
• Develop and deliver risk reporting for security leadership and executives, including dashboards and metrics that communicate risk posture clearly
