Randstad Portugal is recruiting for a client, a renowned bank, for a CRM Marketing Officer who speaks French. The role focuses on campaign management, CRM platform execution, data analysis, and team support.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields.
• Solid experience in CRM management and marketing automation.
• Fluent in English and French (C1 level or higher).
• Proficient in CRM platforms (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Imagino or similar).
• Strong data analysis skills with BI tools (Power BI, advanced Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Manage the CRM campaign schedule, ensuring timely delivery and quality of all outputs.
• Coordinate the complete campaign cycle from briefs to cross-team coordination.
• Build audience segmentation and omnichannel campaign execution across email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Receive and manage communication assets and coordinate proofs or BATs.
• Provide operational support and training to CRM users and supervise CRM assistants.
• Monitor, analyze, and interpret key CRM metrics; generate actionable reports for leadership.
• Act as focal point for operational activities with the CRM Team Leader.
