Arquiconsult in Portugal is seeking a Senior Account Manager (CRM) to drive new business and nurture a growing portfolio in Oporto or Lisbon.

You will lead prospecting, qualify leads, and build lasting partnerships while negotiating service terms and shaping the annual marketing plan. Fluent in English, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver CRM solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior account/CRM role.
• Experience selling CRM solutions (MS Dynamics & Salesforce).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Drive commercial prospecting and qualify leads to build our business pipeline.
• Manage and nurture an existing customer portfolio, identifying new opportunities to enhance offerings.
• Build and maintain lasting partnerships, ensuring customer and prospect satisfaction.
• Lead the execution of proposals and negotiate favorable service conditions.
• Play an active role in shaping and executing the annual marketing plan.
• Enhance and deepen relationships with key partners.
