Job summary

QUARK & SENER in Portugal is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead multidisciplinary model coordination for data center projects. You will federate models, implement BEP, manage CDE delivers and coordinate across architectural, structural, civil and MEP teams.

The role requires Navisworks proficiency, ACC experience, and ability to guide modelling teams on standards, QA/QC, and clash detection, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across architectural, structural, civil and MEP disciplines.
• Experience implementing BIM Execution Plans and organizing BIM tasks with progress monitoring against milestones.
• Proficiency in model federation, coordinates/levels verification, and clash detection.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings, assign and track issues, verify resolutions.
• Review model/drawing quality and ensure compliance with project standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models with engineers, designers and construction teams.
• Implement BEP, organize BIM tasks and monitor progress vs milestones.
• Federate models, verify coordinates/levels, run clash detection and coordination reviews.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings, assign issues and verify resolutions.
• Review model quality and ensure naming conventions and standards.
• Manage model exchanges and delivery workflows within the CDE and maintain revision control.
