Qualificações

• Senior-level experience in digital consulting or account leadership with revenue accountability.
• Proven ability to translate client objectives into data-driven strategies.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a customer portfolio with autonomy and strategic oversight.
• Develop forward-thinking, data-driven strategies and defend them to client boards.
• Manage high-level partnerships and growth opportunities.
• Lead new leads and build processes to convert interest into relationships.
• Collaborate with founders to scale the business and define next steps.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and ROI-focused outcomes.
• Provide analysis, presentations and copywriting for missions and projects.
• Coordinate with specialists to assemble the right team for each challenge.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines and priorities in collaboration with PMs.
• Speak candidly with clients about ROI and channel effectiveness.
