With 5-8 years in strategic consulting and fluency in Portuguese and English, you’ll manage diverse teams and work on international assignments, balancing client commitments with EY-Parthenon values of collaboration and excellence.

Qualificações

• Academic bachelor or master.
• 5-8 years of experience including strategic consulting.
• Project management skills and ability to manage teams and client relationships.
• Commercial skills to identify new customers and opportunities.
• Full Portuguese and English proficiency.
• Availability to work in Portugal and abroad.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client projects and engagement teams to deliver high quality outputs.
• Maintain relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
• Drive business development by preparing client meetings and proposals.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of strategy development and implementation.
• Deliver client satisfaction and foster repeat engagements.
• Mentor and coach junior colleagues to support growth.
• Lead marketing and promotional efforts to bolster brand presence.
