Job summary

Inetum is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer (N2/N3) with strong Cassiopae experience to support a Leasing platform. You will investigate incidents, perform functional and technical analysis, and provide user support across business teams, developers, and software vendors.

Key requirements include Cassiopae (4.x/4.11), Leasing/Asset Finance knowledge, ServiceNow/Jira/Confluence, log analysis, basic Java, and fluent French (C2) with English (B2+) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents.

• Analyze logs, APIs, and application flows.
• Manage incidents through to resolution and business validation.
• Coordinate with N3 teams and software vendors when escalation is required.
• Support testing, releases, and production activities.
