Job summary

OLX is seeking a Senior Group Brand & Media Director to set the strategy for the entire brand portfolio across multiple markets, own brand architecture and governance, and drive end-to-end brand initiatives from concept to launch.

You will lead media strategy and investment across the group, supervise an in-house creative studio, manage agency in-housing, and collaborate with executive teams to strengthen brand equity and share of voice.

Qualifications

• Senior brand leadership in a multi-brand portfolio.
• Experience launching a corporate/holding brand or large-scale brand programme.
• Strong governance and measurement capabilities for equity tracking and share of voice.
• Experience with media strategy and large-scale negotiation.
• Proven ability to build or run an in-house creative studio.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and architecture for the full brand portfolio across markets.
• Run core brand end-to-end, from concept to execution and rollout.
• Lead the launch of a new corporate brand and manage governance standards.
• Own media planning and investment across the group, including agency negotiations.
• Establish and manage an in-house studio and optimize agency rosters.
