OLX is seeking an experienced Product Director to lead the product function for its core horizontal marketplace, spanning household goods, electronics, and general merchandise. This global role covers focused European markets, shaping strategy and execution within the OLX portfolio.

You will lead a product organization of around 15 people, collaborating with engineering, design, and commercial leadership to define and deliver a roadmap that drives growth, engagement, and monetization for both

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading product teams in online B2C/B2B2C environments, ideally in marketplaces, e-commerce, or classifieds.
• Hands-on product management background—built products with engineers and stakeholders.
• Experience hiring, growing, and directly managing Product Managers.
• Comfort working in cross-functional, multicultural teams across markets.
• Strategic thinker balancing long-term vision with near-term goals.
• Experience in both 0→1 and scaling phases of product development.
• Proven track record of jumping between domains and sectors; ability to learn fast.
• Experience in developing and managing AI-based products.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Horizontal with CPO and leadership.
• Drive growth, retention, and monetization across buyer/seller journeys.
• Lead AI transformation for the horizontal domain.
• Incubate, develop, and transition to a fully agentic horizontal marketplace.
• Lead a product organization of ~15 people with strong PM fundamentals.
• Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams across markets to align priorities.
• Identify and execute strategic monetization levers and cross-market improvements.
• Establish and scale best practices in product thinking and execution.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop product managers and leaders.
• Partner with finance, commercial, and other functions to build consensus.
• Act as thought partner to other product and business leaders at OLX.
