Marsh is seeking a Proposal & Bid Management Analyst to join our Sales Enablement team in Lisbon. The hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly and focuses on bid management and proposal/presentation support across Health, Wealth and Career solutions.

You will assist senior strategists, coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams, draft and edit responses, and ensure materials align with client requirements and Marsh branding.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of project management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English (C1).
• Strong project management, writing and editing skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Project manage proposals and presentations aligned with client requirements and Marsh branding.
• Support senior Proposals Strategists on complex bids as needed.
• Develop and drive internal work plans based on external deadlines.
