Zusammenfassung

Hexa People is seeking an experienced Bid/Proposal Management professional to transform complex business requirements into compelling commercial proposals. You will coordinate regional RFI and RFP submissions, work with international stakeholders, and drive excellence in proposal development, presentation and knowledge management.

The role focuses on end-to-end bid processes across multiple countries, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality, client-facing proposals on time.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 5–7 years' experience in a commercial environment, ideally within bid management, proposal management or tender coordination.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and analytical skills, including basic financial understanding.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, familiarity with tender platforms and an interest in AI-enabled proposal development.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end regional and multi-country RFI/RFP processes, delivering accurate, compelling proposals on time.
• Coordinate cross-functional and country-level bid teams, gathering information and ensuring alignment throughout the tender process.
• Develop visually engaging, persuasive client-facing proposals and presentations.
• Maintain and continuously improve bid content, case studies, client references and country capability materials.
• Support commercial growth and strategic account retention by improving bid quality, efficiency and consistency.
