• 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Rust and Python in large-scale codebases.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, event-driven and high-availability design.
• Solid experience with Kubernetes, containerized deployments, and cloud-native development.
• Quality-first mindset with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and secure software development.
• Portugal based.

Responsabilidades

• Build and evolve the backend services powering a fleet management platform for Autonomous Mobile Robots.
• Architect and deliver production-grade microservices and event-driven systems for scale.
• Code daily, implement significant features, debug production issues, and own resolution.
• Turn complex distributed requirements into clean, fault-tolerant APIs with observability and resilience.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews in a cross-functional team.
