Job summary

Client Server Limited is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to shape production-ready infrastructure tooling using Python or Golang. Based in Lisbon with hybrid WFH options, you will build deployment automation, observability, and reliability improvements across a cutting-edge fintech platform.

You will work across data streaming, cloud integrations, and container orchestration, collaborating with SREs and developers to deliver scalable, resilient services and robust disaster recovery

Qualifications

• Experience developing production-ready infrastructure tooling with Python or Golang.
• Familiarity with Observability Tools, Databases, Event Streaming platforms, and Container Orchestration.
• Experience with CI/CD systems.
• AWS or other cloud provider experience.
• Strong knowledge of CS fundamentals (OOP, data structures, design patterns).
• Degree educated in STEM.
• Fluent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop production-ready infrastructure tooling in Python or Golang.
• Build and maintain deployment automation, data and streaming platforms.
• Develop observability and orchestration tooling for customers.
• Improve tooling and automation to enhance reliability and maintainability of the codebase.
• Contribute to disaster recovery, backup and redundancy strategies.
