Job summary

Spectrum IT Recruitment Portugal in Lisbon is seeking Infrastructure Engineers at mid and senior levels. This role focuses on software engineers with a strong infrastructure/platform focus, building tooling and automation to enable scalable, reliable systems.

You will work with Python/Go, Kubernetes, and modern cloud environments, shaping CI/CD and internal tooling while tackling complex production challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience.
• Commercial experience with Python and/or Go.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Cloud experience across AWS, Azure or GCP.
• CI/CD knowledge.
• Experience building infrastructure or platform tooling.
• Exposure to technologies such as Kafka, PostgreSQL, Prometheus, Grafana or OpenTelemetry.

We're hiring Infrastructure Engineers at both mid and senior level for a rapidly growing international technology company expanding its engineering team in Lisbon.

This isn't a traditional DevOps position. We're looking for software engineers with a strong infrastructure/platform focus who enjoy building the tooling, automation and systems that enable complex applications to operate reliably at scale.

Salary up to €100,000 depending on experience
