You will contribute to a unified observability ecosystem spanning logs, metrics, traces, and alerting, with opportunities to apply AI-assisted troubleshooting and innovative observability approaches.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in backend or distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Go (Golang) or willingness to adopt it in production.
• Experience designing and operating distributed systems with high scalability and reliability.
• Strong production-grade software engineering practices and fault-tolerant design.
• Experience debugging complex issues in large-scale production environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and scale backend services powering a large-scale observability platform.
• Develop and optimize distributed systems processing logs, metrics, and traces at high volume.
• Evolve a unified observability ecosystem for cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across distributed environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve architecture, scalability, and developer experience.
• Explore AI-assisted troubleshooting and observability enhancements.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical planning.
