Jobgether is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Remote Build) to own reliability and scalability of global infrastructure from Portugal. You will design scalable IaC with Terraform and Kubernetes, implement observability, and drive incident response with a focus on security and cost efficiency.

You will collaborate with product and security teams in a distributed, async-first environment; enjoy equity opportunities, flexible PTO, and a strong emphasis on learning and work‑life balance.

Qualificações

• Senior-level SRE/DevOps with production systems experience in cloud environments.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes and AWS, including networking, compute, storage, and managed services.
• Proficient in infrastructure-as-code and deployment automation.
• Strong scripting (Bash) and Linux systems expertise.
• Clear communicator for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain scalable IaC solutions using Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Build and operate observability systems; lead incident response and postmortems.
• Embed security/compliance into infra and workflows across regulatory needs.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and cloud costs in distributed systems.
• Develop automation to reduce toil and improve engineering efficiency.
• Collaborate with product/platform teams to improve APIs and developer experience.
