Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines, IaC with Bicep and ARM, and secure cloud infrastructure.

You will work hybrid from Lisbon, collaborating with engineering and security teams to advance automation, governance, and Azure expertise while delivering robust cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Azure, DevOps, and Cloud Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including YAML Pipelines and Templates.
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep and ARM Templates.
• Strong experience managing and configuring Azure infrastructure services, including VNets and Subnets.
• Experience implementing and managing Certificate Lifecycle and Rotation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise scalable CI/CD pipelines in Azure.
• Develop and maintain IaC solutions using Bicep and ARM Templates.
• Configure and manage Azure networking components (VNets, Subnets).
• Implement DevSecOps practices, security controls, and governance.

• 8+ years of experience in Azure Infrastructure, DevOps, and Cloud Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including:

• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using:

• ARM Templates
• Strong experience managing and configuring Azure infrastructure services, including:
• Virtual Networks (VNets)
• Subnets
• Experience implementing and managing:
• Certificate Lifecycle and Rotation
• Good understanding of Azure Identity and Access Management, including:
• Managed Identities
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools, such as:
• Alerts and Diagnostics
• Strong knowledge of:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code solutions using Bicep.
• Deploy and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure following security and governance standards.
• Manage Azure networking components, including VNets, subnets, and private connectivity solutions.
• Implement and maintain secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using Managed Identities, Service Principals, and RBAC.
• Configure and manage Azure Key Vault, including secret and certificate lifecycle management.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and reliability using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure infrastructure, networking, and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, and security teams to deliver cloud solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Contribute to cloud governance, automation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
