Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Lisbon is seeking a senior Full Stack .NET Engineer to join a multinational team. You will develop and maintain full‑stack applications using .NET Framework 4.8, .NET 6+, C#, and Angular 19+, while modernizing legacy systems and migrating services to .NET Core in cloud environments.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, strong SQL Server skills, Azure DevOps, YAML pipelines, PowerShell, and a focus on security, reliability, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development and enterprise application environments.
• Experience developing full-stack apps using .NET Framework 4.8, .NET 6+, C#, and Angular 19+.
• Migration to .NET Core and cloud-based environments.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server 2022+ including optimization and maintenance.
• Experience with SSIS and enterprise data integration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.
• Experience with Windows Server 2019+ environments.
• PowerShell scripting and YAML pipelines knowledge.
• Focus on security, reliability, and operational stability.
• English proficiency and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications supporting investment advisory and portfolio management platforms.
• Modernize legacy systems and migrate applications to .NET Core and cloud environments.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions using C#, Angular, and SQL Server.
• Maintain and optimize databases, integration services, and web applications.
• Ensure software security, compliance, reliability, and performance across environments.
• Support lifecycle management including deployment, monitoring, and incident resolution.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and YAML.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
