Emagine is seeking a Senior Application Support Specialist to provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution of critical application issues. The role requires mentoring junior team members and collaborating with stakeholders to improve reliability and performance.

The position is hybrid, onsite 3 days per week, with Lisbon or Warsaw as location options. A permanent role is possible after 12 months, and cloud observability tools experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• 6-9 years of application support experience.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, MongoDB and Kafka.
• Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP is highly preferred.
• Understanding of Kafka and observability concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Location preference: Lisbon or Warsaw.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and resolve incidents within agreed service levels.
• Resolve the most complex and critical application issues.
• Coordinate with other IT teams for seamless resolution of production incidents.
• Communicate effectively about critical incidents and improvements.
• Monitor system performance and collaborate on application enhancements.
• Develop and maintain Error Budgets for supported applications.
• Implement automated alerts and monitoring of applications.
• Lead support-related projects and initiatives.
• Generate and analyze reports on support metrics.
• Mentor junior team members and provide advanced training.
