ITDS is looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer in Porto. In this role, you will provide L1/L2 support for enterprise applications like Summit and Control-M, work on incident resolution, and collaborate in a hybrid work environment up to three days remote per week.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical capabilities, experience in application support, and proficiency in Linux and SQL. This position offers the chance to impact critical financial systems and be part of an international team.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in application support or production support.
• Strong knowledge of Summit platform for financial trading and risk management.
• Experience creating, scheduling, and monitoring batch jobs with Control-M.
• Solid proficiency in Linux operating systems and command-line tools.
• SQL skills with 1+ years of experience in writing complex queries.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities under pressure.
• Ability to analyze application logs and data flows between systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools for reporting and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for enterprise applications including Summit and Control-M.
• Perform log analysis and trace data flows between interconnected systems.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve application incidents within defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations to validate requirements.
• Execute batch job monitoring, scheduling, and troubleshooting using Control-M.
• Write and maintain SQL queries for data verification and incident investigation.
• Contribute to technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Support end users and provide training on application features and best practices.
