Inetum in Lisbon is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE to ensure stability, availability and performance of critical production applications. You will monitor applications, manage incidents and coordinate resolutions with Development, Infrastructure, and external teams.

You will execute deployments, changes, upgrades, and patches following ITIL and DevOps practices, support observability initiatives with Dynatrace, and contribute to documentation and on-call rotations.

Qualificações

• Experience with Java Application Server environments (Red Hat JBoss EAP) including heap/thread dump analysis and performance tuning.
• API gateway integration with Axway and APIgee.
• Dynatrace and other observability tools (Jaeger, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK) for monitoring.
• CI/CD setup and optimization using GitLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Nexus/Sonatype.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure stability, availability, and performance of production applications.
• Monitor applications, manage incidents and coordinate resolutions with Development, Infrastructure, and external teams.
• Execute deployments, changes, upgrades, and patches following ITIL and DevOps best practices.
• Support monitoring and observability initiatives, including Dynatrace.
• Maintain technical documentation, contribute to continuous service improvement, and participate in on-call support for critical systems.
