Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist in Porto. The role supports a multinational healthcare technology environment with a focus on accuracy, deadlines, and structured processes within finance operations.

You will analyze financial data in Excel, contribute to AP processes, and work with ERP-based systems. A bachelor's in finance or accounting and 2–5 years of AP experience are expected, along with English fluency and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
• 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Finance Operations.
• Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable and accounting principles.
• Fluent English.
• Good MS Excel skills; formulas and PivotTables are particularly valuable.
• Detail-oriented approach and ability to work effectively with deadlines.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or NetSuite is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Accounts Payable and wider finance operations with a strong focus on accuracy, accounting principles and timely execution.
• Work with financial data and Excel-based analysis as part of day-to-day finance operations.
• Support reliable and well-controlled finance processes while meeting operational deadlines.
• Use or develop familiarity with ERP-based finance environments.
