Qualificações

• Master's degree with 4+ years or Bachelor's with 6+ years in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years professional software development experience.
• 2+ years building/maintaining production GenAI apps or similar.
• Strong Python and API development skills.
• Experience with prompt design, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines.
• Cloud-native solutions on AWS and secure REST/GraphQL integrations.
• Experience with TypeScript/React and modern web apps.
• SQL and data governance knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy LLM-powered assistants and RAG solutions.
• Implement prompt strategies, embeddings, and tool integrations.
• Build scalable retrieval pipelines grounded in enterprise data.
• Contribute to GenAI capability roadmap and reusable integration patterns.
• Develop integration layers and event-driven workflows using APIs and RPA.
• Create reusable Python services and contribute TS/React components as needed.
• Ensure security, QA, monitoring, and reliability across solutions.
