Job summary

Decskill is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Developer to lead the research, development, and optimization of AI-powered solutions. You will design and deploy AI agents, implement RAG architectures, and orchestrate multiple LLM providers in a hybrid work context across Portugal’s regions and beyond.

With 6+ years in software development, you will work across vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search, focusing on token optimization, context management, and cost efficiency while collaborating

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered applications.

Responsibilities

• Research, test, and develop cutting-edge AI-powered solutions and applications.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents with advanced capabilities.
• Develop and maintain RAG systems.
• Work with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Optimize token usage, context, prompts, and AI workflows for performance and cost.
• Design intelligent context and hash-based context management solutions.
• Integrate and orchestrate multiple LLM providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google.
• Identify new opportunities to apply AI across the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform ideas into scalable AI solutions.
• Continuously research emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices.
