Apgar, a consulting firm specializing in Data Management, seeks an AI Solution Architect for a hybrid role in Porto or Lisbon. You will lead strategic and technical AI initiatives, designing scalable architectures and driving adoption across client organizations.

You will work with Agentic AI, ML, NLP, and information retrieval, supporting presales, client engagement, and knowledge sharing. The role blends technical leadership, solution design, and business development to grow Apgar's AI

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in AI, software engineering, or data science.
• Experience leading client-facing AI initiatives and consulting engagements.
• Presales, solution architecture, and business development experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end AI solution architectures aligned with client business objectives.
• Define technical roadmaps for AI initiatives from ideation through deployment.
• Architect AI solutions using Agentic AI, Generative AI, ML, NLP, and information retrieval.
• Drive AI architecture best practices including MLOps and governance.
• Lead presales activities and participate in client workshops, demos, and PoCs.
• Mentor AI consultants and coordinate across engagements.
• Promote AI offerings and develop reusable frameworks.
