We are looking for a passionate AI Solutions Developer to lead the research, testing, and development of cutting‑edge AI solutions.

Location:

Lisbon or Porto

Key Responsibilities:

• Explore, validate, and build AI-driven applications and solutions
• Design and deploy advanced AI agents with robust capabilities
• Continuously optimize token usage to improve cost‑efficiency
• Maintain and enhance RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
• Develop and manage vector databases and embedding pipelines
• Implement smart context and hashing strategies to improve AI outputs
• Integrate and orchestrate multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.)
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to uncover AI use cases
• Keep up with the latest advancements and best practices in AI

Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of experience
• Strong experience with Node.js and/or Python
• Proven experience developing and deploying AI agents
• Hands‑on experience with RAG-based solutions
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.)
• Understanding of embeddings and semantic search techniques
• Experience working with multiple LLM providers
• Solid knowledge of prompt engineering and token optimization strategies

Languages:

• French proficiency (C1)
