Decskill is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to shape AI-native workflows and scalable developer tools across Lisbon, Porto, and Madrid. You will design multi-agent systems, implement RAG solutions, and ensure robust integration with internal tools.

With 5+ years in software/platform engineering and 2+ years in Generative AI, you will lead technical guidance, telemetry, and AI adoption, driving engineering excellence and productivity.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
5+ years in Software/Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Backend.
2+ years hands-on Generative AI/LLMs/Agentic AI experience.
Proven ability designing scalable developer tools and platforms.

Architect and implement AI-native development workflows.
Design and build multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks.
Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for development workflows.
Create evaluation frameworks to measure AI-assisted outputs.

Build AI-powered workflows from specification to delivery.
Integrate AI with internal engineering tools and platforms.
Ensure security, governance, and telemetry for platforms.
