Zego is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive strategic direction across multiple teams in a high-growth insurance tech environment. You’ll own the 6–12 month product roadmap, shape pricing models, and champion an AI-first, experiment-driven approach.

You’ll work closely with the Leadership Team, mentor Product Managers, and design metrics and dashboards that track commercial outcomes, with a flexible remote-working setup and quarterly London visits.

Responsabilidades

• Set the 6–12 month product strategy across multiple teams and domains.
• Define and validate new revenue mechanics from 0 to 1 propositions.
• Embed rigorous experimentation as the default operating rhythm.
• Build reusable AI playbooks, workflows and assets for the team.
• Design the product metrics and dashboards the business relies on.
• Own company-level programmes with direct P&L impact.
• Coach Product Managers across the organisation.
