Zego is hiring a Lead Product Manager to own strategic workstreams across several teams and business domains. You will define the 6–12 month direction, shape product mechanics, and champion AI-enabled discovery to drive commercial outcomes.

You will collaborate with leadership, mentor PMs, and set the pace for experimentation, data-driven decisions and revenue growth, while guiding cross-functional delivery with a strong emphasis on scale and impact.

Qualificações

• Strategic product leadership across multiple teams or domains in a high-growth setting.
• Experience building and validating revenue mechanics and pricing strategies.
• Proven ability to embed an experiment-first culture and measure outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Set the 6–12 month product strategy across teams and domains.
• Define and validate new revenue mechanics grounded in unit economics.
• Embed rigorous experimentation as the default operating rhythm.
• Build reusable AI playbooks, workflows and assets.
• Design product metrics and dashboards to ground decisions with data.
• Own company-level programmes with P&L impact and accountability.
• Coach Product Managers to raise product craft and data capability.
