You'll work across product and business partners, develop the MCP server, implement guardrails, and champion AI adoption while collaborating with teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of backend and scalable systems experience.
• Proficiency in at least one general-purpose language (Python preferred).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, business, and non-technical partners.
• Ability to elicit and prioritize requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
• Ownership to develop, deploy, and operate projects end-to-end.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain AI capabilities, including models, tools, APIs, and platforms.
• Develop and maintain MCP server for secure data access.
• Create evaluation frameworks and guardrails for model reliability.
• Foster best practices for AI engineering across the org.
• Drive AI adoption and productization across Riskified teams.
• Lead end-to-end ownership from requirements to deployment and operation.
• Advise other teams on leveraging AI platforms and tools.
• Collaborate across Riskified to accelerate AI maturity.
