Job summary

Accenture seeks a Senior AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale an AI-driven platform that boosts developer productivity across the SDLC. You will work on agent orchestration, tool use, MCP, and context engineering to deliver production-ready AI Agents in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of professional Software Engineering experience, including senior or technical leadership responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying AI Agents in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• IaC experience with Terraform or equivalent.
• Experience with platform engineering, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Strong end-to-end SDLC knowledge and production operations.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic development workflows, tools, and automation across the SDLC.
• Develop and integrate production-ready AI Agents using orchestration, tool use, MCP, and context engineering.
• Build evaluation frameworks, guardrails, automated quality checks, and monitoring for reliable agent behavior.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and developer tooling.
• Integrate AI-powered workflows with Jira, source control, and CI/CD platforms.
• Develop reusable components, APIs, CLIs, and workflow automation for AI-enabled processes.
• Implement observability and operational controls for production AI agents.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering, Platform, DevOps, Architecture, and Product teams on technical decisions.
