Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong experience in AI, software engineering, or related areas.
• Experience with LLMs and generative AI ecosystems.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Understanding of AI architectures including RAG.
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search.
• Knowledge of agentic frameworks, tool calling, and orchestration.
• Understanding of AI safety, evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and model deployment workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (B2 minimum).

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop AI-powered solutions using state-of-the-art ML and generative AI.
• Build and optimize LLM-based applications, including RAG pipelines and agentic workflows.
• Design and integrate vector databases, prompt engineering strategies, and tool-calling.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Apply AI safety, evaluation, and guardrail best practices across solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and platform scalability initiatives.
