WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking an AI Enterprise Technical Lead for a high‑profile, enterprise AI project. You will own delivery, run client-facing workshops, and influence architecture with a balance of leadership and hands‑on engineering.

You will shape enterprise AI platforms around Microsoft Azure, LLMs, agentic workflows, and knowledge retrieval, ensuring secure integration with existing systems.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience designing and delivering enterprise AI solutions.
• Understanding of LLMs, agentic architectures and workflow orchestration.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI with APIs and services.
• Practical knowledge of Azure and Azure AI services.
• Solid software architecture, API design and integration patterns.
• Experience combining LLMs with deterministic logic.
• Context engineering, retrieval, structured outputs and AI evaluation.
• Security, identity, governance and human oversight in enterprise AI.
• Proven technical discovery and solution-design leadership.
• Ability to lead while remaining hands-on when needed.
• Strong client-facing communication; fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical discovery and translate workflows into scalable AI solutions.
• Shape architecture across AI agents, orchestration, RAG, Azure services, integrations.
• Define boundaries between AI/LLM and deterministic logic.
• Design agent workflows, context management and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Shape RAG and enterprise knowledge retrieval solutions.
• Design integrations between AI workflows, APIs and existing platforms.
• Ensure security, identity, governance and observability.
• Convert discovery outcomes into architecture and backlog.
• Lead engineers with hands-on guidance and code reviews.
• Establish AI evaluation, testing and continuous improvement.
