ams OSRAM is seeking a Senior AI & Generative AI Architect to define, design, and evolve secure, scalable enterprise AI architectures. You will establish architectural standards and reusable patterns across Generative AI, AI Agents, ML, RAG, and enterprise search, leveraging Microsoft and cloud ecosystems to productionize AI solutions.

The role requires shaping the technology landscape across Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Snowflake, Databricks, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio, while

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, AI or Data Engineering.
• Several years of experience designing enterprise-scale cloud, data, and AI architectures in complex organizations.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Azure and AI ecosystem including Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, Azure Databricks, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLM architectures, AI agents, RAG, vector/semantic search, tool calling and model orchestration.

We're looking for a highly qualified professional to join our AI Center of Excellence as a Senior AI & Generative AI Architect (d/m/f). In this role, you will define, design, and evolve secure and scalable enterprise AI architectures, establishing the architectural standards, reusable patterns, and technology foundations required to bring AI solutions successfully into production. You will work across Generative AI, AI Agents, Machine Learning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), enterprise search, and intelligent applications, leveraging technologies across the Microsoft ecosystem, Snowflake, and Databricks:

• Define and evolve the enterprise AI architecture and technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy, enterprise architecture, data, security, and governance
• Establish and maintain AI reference architectures, reusable building blocks, technology standards, architectural principles, and design patterns to accelerate and standardize AI Adoption
• Define architectures for Generative AI and agentic applications, including LLM orchestration, AI agents, RAG, enterprise search, vector and semantic search, tool integration, and multi-agent patterns
• Shape the enterprise AI and data technology landscape across Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services/Cognitive Services, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Snowflake, and Azure Databricks, ensuring scalable integration across platforms and enterprise Systems
• Define security, identity, data protection, Responsible AI, governance, observability, scalability, resilience, performance, and cost-management principles as integral elements of the AI Architecture
• Lead architecture and design reviews, guiding AI, data, and software engineering teams from solution design through production and ensuring alignment with established architecture standards and reference designs
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, models, platforms, and architectural approaches, providing strategic recommendations and evolving the enterprise AI architecture accordingly

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering or a related field
• Several years of experience designing enterprise-scale cloud, data, and AI architectures in complex organizations
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Azure and AI ecosystem, including Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI services, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric
• Knowledge of modern enterprise data platforms and architectures, including Snowflake, Azure Databricks, and enterprise integration Patterns
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and LLM architectures, including AI Agents, RAG, vector and semantic search, tool calling, model orchestration, and AI governance
• Experience defining non-functional requirements, including identity, privacy, observability, resilience, performance, scalability, and cost management
• Engineering experience with Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, providing the technical depth required to bridge architecture and implementation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear architectural decisions and guidance
