Uphold is seeking a Senior Agentic Engineer to design, build, and iterate on agentic development infrastructure that powers our AI-native software delivery.

You will collaborate with engineers across the development lifecycle to implement orchestration pipelines, guardrails, and tooling that accelerate features from idea to production while maintaining reliability and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of software engineering experience in system design and architecture.
• Hands-on production experience with agentic AI frameworks and AI coding assistants.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and infrastructure automation.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, rapidly evolving problem spaces.
• Strong communication skills with ability to document systems clearly and collaborate.
• Builder’s mindset: ship a working V1 and iterate.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Design and build agentic development pipelines from specification through pull request with human oversight.
• Create orchestration infrastructure enabling AI agents to collaborate with engineers across the lifecycle.
• Improve engineering velocity by shipping tooling that reduces cycle time to production.
• Establish patterns and best practices for agentic system design at scale.
• Collaborate with the Agentic Engineering Lead to translate AI goals into concrete systems.
• Evaluate and integrate AI models, coding assistants, and agent frameworks for our stack.
• Instrument and monitor agentic systems for reliability, security, and regulatory compliance.
