AgileEngine is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design and build AI agents that analyze infrastructure discovery logs and automate troubleshooting. You will integrate Gen AI capabilities using Python and REST APIs into production systems, working on scalable data-processing pipelines and API integrations.

The role emphasizes software engineering with a focus on practical Gen AI applications, including RAG and vector databases, while collaborating with global teams and maintaining SDLC rigor.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience with Python and REST API design in production systems.
• Experience integrating Gen AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into applications; knowledge of RAG and vector DBs.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI agents to analyze logs and troubleshoot at scale.
• Classify and correlate failures, identify root causes, and recommend fixes.
• Develop data-processing pipelines and API integrations for telemetry into AI ecosystem.
