MoOngy in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to join the finance team. You will manage customer portfolios, drive collections, and negotiate payment plans with a focus on accuracy and timely cash flow.

The role requires 4+ years in AR, collections, or credit control, strong Excel and ERP skills, and excellent communication. On-site for 6 months, then hybrid 2 days in the office.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Credit Control.
• Experience managing customer portfolios and collection processes.
• Strong Excel and ERP system knowledge.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid work permit for Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Drive collection activities and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve payment disputes.
• Monitor aging reports and support cash collection targets.

The Role: Senior Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist

Work Model: Central Lisbon - On-site during the first 6 months | Hybrid thereafter, 2 days at the office

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist with 4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Collections to join our finance team.
