MoOngy Group in Lisbon seeks a Junior Contract Technician to support drafting, review, and archiving of contracts, ensuring compliance and accurate data in ERP systems.

You will assist HR and legal teams, maintain contract records, monitor renewals, and help prepare simple reports. Fluency in Portuguese (B1) and English and being based in Portugal are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in HR/Management or similar field.
• Training in Labour Law or Contract Law is an asset.
• Up to 2 years in administrative, contract-related, HR, or legal support roles.
• Internships with exposure to HR administrative/contract processes are considered.
• Basic knowledge of Portuguese labour legislation and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Contract and document management (drafting, review, renewals, archiving).
• Data entry and updates in ERP systems and Social Security platforms.
• Monitor deadlines, key dates, and contract renewals.
• Support departments on contractual and administrative matters.

The Role: Junior Contract Technician

📍 Location: Lisbon

🏢 Work Model: 1 day remote the 1st semester

📌 Contract: 12 months contract

🗣️ Languages: Fluent Portuguese; English level B1

✅ Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and legally authorized to work there

Role Purpose

Support the management, drafting, and control of contracts, ensuring legal compliance, proper document organization, and support to internal teams.

🧑 Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing university studies in Human Resources, Management, or a similar field.
• Training in Labour Law or Contract Law is an asset.
• Up to 2 years of experience in administrative, contract-related, HR, or legal support roles (including internships).
• Academic or professional internships in similar functions will be considered, provided there was exposure to HR administrative and/or contract processes.
• Basic knowledge of Portuguese labour legislation.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ease of use of ERP systems (Primavera is an advantage).
• Ability to support the preparation of simple reports and data summaries.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive profile with strong communication skills and a high sense of confidentiality.
