The Role: Billing & Operational Control Officer

Work Model: Hybrid (2x per week at the office)

Languages: English (Mandatory) | French and Spanish (Nice to have)

Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and legally authorized to work there

We’re looking for a detail-driven and analytical professional to join our team as a Billing & Operational Control Officer. If you enjoy working with numbers, ensuring accuracy, and collaborating across teams — this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate time tracking and consultant allocation
• Validate and consolidate monthly billing data
• Detect and correct inconsistencies to guarantee invoicing accuracy
• Manage purchase orders and ensure alignment with contracts
• Prepare and issue invoices on time
• Support client onboarding (compliance & documentation)
• Work closely with finance, operations & commercial teams

Qualifications

• +3 years’ experience in billing / finance operations / control
• Strong attention to detail & organization skills
• Analytical mindset
• Experience with ERP, Excel (mandatory), Power BI (nice to have)
• Knowledge of invoicing processes
• English mandatory | French or Spanish is a plus
• Degree in Economics, Management or similar
• Hybrid model with flexibility
