Qualificações

• 4+ anos de experiência em Contas a Receber, Cobranças ou Crédito.
• Experiência a gerir portfólios de clientes e processos de cobrança.
• Excel avançado e conhecimento de sistemas ERP.
• Excelência em comunicação e negociação.
• Inglês fluente.
• Permissão válida de trabalho em Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Gerir um portfólio de clientes e saldos em atraso.
• Conduzir atividades de cobrança e follow-up de faturas vencidas.
• Negociar planos de pagamento e resolver disputas de cobrança.
• Monitorizar relatórios de envelhecimento e apoiar metas de caixa.
• Investigar discrepâncias de faturação e coordenar resoluções com equipas internas.
• Manter registos precisos em sistemas ERP e preparar relatórios de cobrança.

The Role: Senior Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist

Location: Lisbon

Work Model: Central Lisbon – On-site during the first 6 months | Hybrid thereafter, 2 days at the office

Languages: English - Professional proficiency(Mandatory)

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist with 4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Collections to join our finance team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and outstanding balances;
• Drive collection activities and follow up on overdue invoices;
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve payment disputes;
• Monitor aging reports and support cash collection targets;
• Investigate billing discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with internal teams;
• Maintainaccurate records in ERP systems and prepare collection reports.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Credit Control;
• Experience managing customer portfolios and collection processes;
• Strong Excel and ERP system knowledge;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Fluent English;
• Valid work permit for Portugal.
