A recruitment firm is seeking an entry-level Dutch Sales Account Executive in Lisbon, Portugal. You will manage key client accounts, providing exceptional customer service and understanding client needs. The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience and excellent communication skills. Full relocation assistance, including permanent accommodation, is offered. This position plays a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving company success.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (fully onsite)

Full relocation is offered including permanent accommodation, airport pick up, support with documentation.

As a successful Dutch Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and understanding their business needs and how you can support them. You will be supporting our clients by understanding the knowledge gaps in their organization and offering a consultative approach in providing them with access to knowledge experts globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and provide a high level of customer care, anticipating clients needs by delving deep and understanding their business models
• Work with key clients on projects, understanding their objectives and analyzing data
• Manage and maintain the in‑house knowledge database and recruit new experts when required
• Develop strong internal and external relationships with customers and find new & innovative ways to continually enhance the customers’ experience
• A track record in meeting and exceeding targets and ensuring working in a fast‑paced environment
• Participate in weekly & monthly meetings
• Navigate complex compliance requirements and operations procedures that differ with each client and jurisdiction

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, telesales, and/or account management
• CRM proficiency experience a plus
• High levels of motivation, enthusiasm and an innovative approach
• Sales training is preferred
• Natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service
• Excellent telephone manner is essential
• Good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective long-term relationships
• Ability to develop positive business relationships and to ‘close’ a sale
• Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills
