Airbus Portugal SA in Lisbon is seeking a Security Screening Analyst to join our Airbus GBS in Lisbon. You will conduct real-time security reviews of CVs to identify inconsistencies and screen against international databases to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities include keeping internal tracking records, reporting, and applying knowledge of GDPR. The role offers a hybrid working model and a modern office with good access to public transport.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Law, International Relations or Data Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Experience or knowledge of KYC/KYS processes is a plus.
• Experience with OSINT tools and logging data into security systems is desirable.

Job Description

We are looking for a Security Screening Analyst to join our Airbus GBS in Lisbon!

Responsibilities

• Conduct a real-time security review of the provided Curriculum Vitae (CV) to identify inconsistencies or indicators of risk;
• Perform screening against international databases to ensure compliance.
• Keep up to date internal tracking records and reporting.

Requirements

• An academic degree in a relevant field such as Law, International Relations or Data Management;
• Digital savvy;
• Analytical skills and ability to identify CV inconsistencies, employment gaps etc.;
• Working knowledge of global watchlists;
• Understanding of GDPR;
• Experience in KYC/KYS activities would be a plus;
• Proficiency in logging structured data into security tools;
• High degree of attention to detail;
• Experience with OSINT tools would be a plus.
