Airbus Portugal SA is seeking a Professional to join the Global Business Services (GBS) to drive end-to-end transition management, process improvement and performance tracking. You will contribute to transition methodology, validate Knowledge Transfer Plans, monitor risks, support ramp-up and onboarding, and liaise with senior stakeholders to enhance cross-functional efficiency.

The role emphasizes BPM/Lean, automation (RPA/AI), and strong communication while supporting strategic GBS projects in

Qualificações

• Strong Project Management skills.
• Strong capabilities in Business Process Management / reengineering / Lean (e.g. agile methods such as Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum or another of equal value)
• Proven track record in process improvements and automation solutions (e.g. RPA, process analytics, Low/No Code tools, AI usage,...)
• Result oriented and strong analytical skills
• Very good communication and stakeholder management skills (including senior management)
• English mandatory (fluency in other languages will be a plus)
• Good functional knowledge in Finance, Procurement, HR
• Preference for experience in a Consulting firm or GBS

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to improve GBS transition methodology, and ensure effective use of established transition tools and processes
• Validate the Knowledge Transfer Plan with relevant stakeholders
• Review risk register, ensure contingency planning is appropriate based on the risks identified
• Support in the ramp up, hiring and team onboarding
• Monitor transition during Knowledge Transfer, Reverse Shadowing and Stabilization
• Ensure recurring reports to Management Team and different stakeholders
• Contribute to Key Performance Indicators definition and execution that supports GBS Management and stakeholders monitoring
• Provide insights on performance opportunities
• Liaise with multiple GBS stakeholders towards end-to-end process efficiency
• Contribute to GBS quality, compliance and deliverables
• Contribute to the GBS Continuous Improvement ecosystem
• Engage with subject matter experts for enabling
• Leading and support strategic GBS projects
• Enable digital awareness and continuous improvement autonomy within the GBS organization

Responsibilities
