Airbus Portugal SA is seeking an HR Reporting & Analytics Specialist to support the HR Transformation & Digital function. You will create and maintain standard HR reports and dashboards, ensure data quality, and enable self-service analytics for HR stakeholders.

Responsibilities include supporting HRBP reporting activities, transitioning from SAP BI to Workday reporting, and collaborating with Airbus central teams while upholding GDPR standards. Hybrid work model and modern office are offered.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science or Data Analytics Engineering with 2-3 years in reporting operations.
• Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
• Structured, self-organised and collaborative way of working.
• English: Business proficiency; data analysis and problem solving skills.
• Advanced Excel including Macros development; VBA a plus.
• Experience with SAP HR Reporting (BW and R/3) is a plus.
• Workday reporting knowledge and data visualization tools (Spotfire, QlikSense).
• Python with Pandas for data wrangling is beneficial.

Responsibilities

The HR Transformation & Digital department has the mission to drive and accompany the transformation of the HR function into its future, leveraging new Digital capabilities while continuously boosting the HR performance in order to meet HR customer’s business needs.

• Create, Run and deliver standard reports & dashboards
• Analyze and ensure high data quality through regular quality checks
• Develop and create data layout like table, charts, graphs
• Support HRBP’s Community in their Reporting activities
• Promote HR Reporting self-service by giving trainings to end users
• Ensure smooth transition from SAP BI reporting tools to Workday reporting tools
• Secure Security and Data protection requirements in the frame of GDPR regulations ("Need to know purpose" principle)
• Demonstrate good judgment and discretion with dealing with highly sensitive data
• Daily interaction with Airbus central stakeholders

Requirements

• Confirmed professional Degree in Computer Science/ Data Analytics Engineering with 2-3 yrs of experience in reporting operations.
• Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
• Structured, self-organised and collaborative way of working
• Creativity and appetence for problem solving
• Data analysis capability: rigorously and effectively examine large quantities of data
• Project management
• Customer orientation: Definition of customers’ needs for data and analysis based on HR system
• Mindset of continuous improvement and lean methods
• Ability to network in multicultural environment
• English: Business proficiency level written and Spoken
• Very good knowledge and understanding of HR KPI’s
• Advanced mastery of Excel, including Macros development, VBA is a plus)
• Expertise in SAP HR Reporting (BW and R/3, would be a plus if time management process is known)
• Workday certifications: Core HCM, reporting
• Data visualization tools (e.g. Spotfire, Qliksense, Workday Prism), Basics of Data Analysis techniques: statistics, data wrangling
• Languages: English - capacity to work and interact in English in a daily basis
• Data Analysis techniques: statistics, data wrangling, data analytics (Python and associated libraries such as Pandas) (Specifically for Reporting/Analytics Operation)
