Axians Portugal is seeking a Securities Issuance Officer to join a dynamic financial markets team. You will support issuance processes, ensure data accuracy, and coordinate with legal, regulatory, and business stakeholders to ensure compliant and timely execution.

In this role, you will optimize processes, maintain databases, and help drive automation while upholding high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment. English proficiency is required.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in securities issuance or capital markets operations.
• Understanding of stock market products and regulatory constraints.
• Ability to handle documentation under legal requirements.
• Experience in deadline-driven environments.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and manage documentation for securities issuances and final terms.
• Review and validate documents for accuracy against templates.
• Monitor issuance databases and related repositories.
• Support regulatory formalities with authorities, agents, exchanges, and clearing systems.
• Manage corporate actions, notices, and related issuance updates.
• Collaborate with legal, operations, and business teams to execute issuance activities.
• Contribute to process optimization and automation initiatives.
• Ensure timely validation and completion of issuance activities per deadlines.
