Job summary

Randstad Digital Portugal is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to support issuance documentation and lifecycle management. You will draft final terms, review front office documents, perform pre‑trade checks, and ensure timely filings with exchanges.

You will liaise with Front Office, Back Office, Legal and IT to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate databases, while proposing continuous improvement initiatives for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of capital markets, stock products and structured securities.
• Professional proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling legal terms and data.

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage daily issuance documents using standard templates.
• Review documents from Front Office systems and perform pre-trade checks.
• File issuance paperwork with exchanges and update internal databases.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Back Office, Legal and IT Support to resolve issues.
• Maintain documentation databases and suggest daily process improvements.
