UPS is seeking seasonal administrative staff to support our teams in Portugal, including Porto and Lisbon. The role involves reception duties, customer communication by phone and email, and aiding daily department tasks in a dynamic team.

English (intermediate) and fluent Portuguese are required, with basic computer skills. Prior related experience is a plus. Training is provided, and the position offers flexible schedules across locations.

Qualifications

• Intermediate level of English preferred.
• Fluency in Portuguese.
• Preferred qualification: completion of secondary education (12th grade or equivalent).
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support with the various administrative tasks that may arise daily within the department.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in your department to help achieve company objectives.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email.
• Welcome and assist customers at reception.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and internal procedures.
• Scan and process documents related to shipments and goods.
• Carry out other tasks required to support the effective operation of the department.
