Executive Chef

We are in search of an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As the head of our culinary team, you will be responsible for all aspects of our kitchen operations including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes. Your role will also involve maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed. You should have strong leadership skills to motivate and train our kitchen staff. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role and a degree in Culinary Arts is preferred.
