Responsibilities

• Обеспечение предсказуемости поставок за счет поддержки планирования спринтов, отслеживания прогресса и достижения целей спринтов.
• Идентификация и управление зависимостями, блокировками и рисками.
• Содействие управлению приоритетами и емкостью совместно с Product Owner и командами разработки.
• Фасилитация Scrum-церемоний и соблюдение Agile-принципов и процессов.
• Поддержание прозрачной коммуникации со стейкхолдерами по прогрессу, рискам и задержкам.
• Стимулирование сотрудничества в команде, мотивации и самоуправления.
• Реализация улучшений через ретроспективы и анализ корневых причин.
• Управление техническим долгом и инициативами переиспользуемости.
• Мониторинг метрик доставки: velocity, predictability, cycle time, показатели команды.
• Взятие на себя решение препятствий и эскалаций.

Andersen is hiring a Junior Scrum Master for a project developing a white-label B2B2C self-service portal and delivering seamless digital services for business partners and customers. Our customer is an international organization operating in the financial and protection services domain. The company provides a diverse portfolio of customer-oriented solutions across multiple business areas and markets.

Задачи:

• Ensuring delivery predictability by supporting sprint planning, tracking progress, and helping teams achieve sprint goals and commitments.
• Identifying and managing dependencies, blockers, and risks to minimize disruptions and maintain delivery timelines.
• Facilitating priority and capacity management in collaboration with Product Owners and development teams, ensuring realistic sprint commitments.
• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile principles, Scrum practices, and operational processes.
• Maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders regarding delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and potential delays.
• Fostering team collaboration, motivation, and a healthy working environment, encouraging trust, accountability, and self-organization.
• Driving continuous improvement through retrospectives, root cause analysis, and implementation of actionable process improvements.
• Coordinating technical debt management and reusability initiatives with development teams and Product Owners to support long‑term delivery efficiency.
• Tracking and analyzing delivery metrics, including velocity, sprint predictability, cycle time, and team performance indicators.
• Taking ownership of impediment resolution, escalations, and follow‑up actions, ensuring timely decisions and closure of identified issues.

Требования:

• Experience as a Scrum Master for 1+ years.
• Good knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Agile best practices.
• Familiarity with Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Basic understanding of cross-functional team collaboration in Agile environments.
• General knowledge of SDLC and software development processes.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
• Ability to identify and communicate blockers, dependencies, and potential risks.
• Understanding of Agile metrics, including velocity, burndown charts, and sprint predictability.
• Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Level of English – from "Upper-Intermediate+".
