Pleo in Lisbon is seeking a Manager, Digital Scaled Onboarding to lead a Lisbon-based team of Onboarding Managers, driving a 70% digital and 30% hands-on onboarding model. You’ll combine people, process, content, data, automation, and AI to create a faster path to value for a large portfolio of customers.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Onboarding, Customer Success, Implementation, or related customer-facing function.
• 2+ years of people-management experience, leading onboarding or customer-facing teams.
• Experience building or managing scaled onboarding models that combine digital engagement with human support.
• Strong SaaS or technology experience with subscription journeys, adoption, and retention.
• Experience leading high-volume customer portfolios with prioritisation, automation, and operational discipline.
• Strong metrics focus on activation, onboarding completion, and time-to-value.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of digital-first Onboarding Managers responsible for high-volume onboarding through digital and human engagement.
• Own the 70% digital / 30% hands-on onboarding model based on complexity, risk, and value.
• Define and evolve the scaled onboarding strategy including segmentation and journeys.
• Improve time-to-value by reducing friction and enabling faster activation milestones.
• Build repeatable digital onboarding motions using automation, webinars, self-service content, and education programs.
